Here is where you will find the the various documents that will allow me to assist you in your health and well-being Journey to help you thrive.

‭ Forgiveness Prayer‬

‭ Say this prayer out loud or silently as many times as you feel called to do so. May it bring you‬ peace.

‭ Beloved Creator, Great Spirit, Source of All That Is —‬

‭ You who live in all things: the wind, the water, the fire, the stone, the stars, and the breath in‬ ‭ our lungs.‬

‭ I call on you now for myself, my family, our loved ones, and all our ancestors—those known‬

‭ and unknown, in all timelines and lifetimes, across all directions and dimensions.‬

‭ For every wound carried in our bones, hearts, and stories—‬

‭ physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, sexual, and financial—‬

‭ whether caused by word, action, or silence:‬

‭ May the light of your love help us forgive.‬

‭ Help us release the cords of pain.‬

‭ Help us forgive ourselves.‬

‭ Help us forgive one another.‬

‭ Help others forgive us.‬

‭ Fully. Freely. Across time.‬

‭ Please, and thank you.‬

‭ For the heavy moments—of violence, betrayal, loss, and harm—‬

‭ for suicide, abuse, murder, rape, infidelity, abortion—‬

‭ in all forms and through all expressions:‬

‭ We offer them to your sacred fire.‬

‭ We ask that your Spirit cleanse them in truth and compassion.‬

‭ May healing ripple through our lineages like water over stone.‬

‭ For the times we withheld love,‬

‭ for the times love was withheld from us—‬

‭ we ask for balance to be restored.‬

‭ Help us remember how to nurture, how to connect, how to truly see and be seen.‬

‭ Please, and thank you.‬

‭ Great Spirit, for the highest and most harmonious good—‬

‭ Lift from us the weight of shame, guilt, resentment, debt, and suffering.‬

‭ Let it return to the Earth to be composted into medicine.‬

‭ Transmute what is heavy into light.‬

‭ Return that light to us as peace, clarity, and love.‬

‭ May your blessings move through our bloodlines like sacred smoke,‬

‭ cleansing, awakening, and restoring wholeness.‬

‭ Help us love and honor one another.‬

‭ Help us live in right relation—with the Earth, the ancestors, and our own hearts.‬

‭ We walk the Red Road with open eyes and open hearts.‬

‭ Now and always.‬
